"Lightning" beats  Usain Bolt’s 100m world record time.

Jamaican sprint legend Usain Bolt set human world record time of 9.58 seconds for the 100 metres sprint at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin.

 

 The humanoid robot, named "Lightning", clocked 9.32 seconds for the 100 metres sprint, 0.26s faster than Usain Bolt's time.

 

At the World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing., "Lightning" is expected to compete in the 100, 400 and 1,500 metre events.
